I seem to have the same problem. Can you please re-post the fix for me? Under payments there is no option to choose a payment. No paypal options.

I've researched this problem in the forums already. It seems that perhaps the BOOK-IT paid version I downloaded came without PayPal 'predefined'. Customers can make a reservation but no option to pay is available.

Every ARTIO module and plugin is published that I can find. I've attached a screenshot of the issue. Your help is appreciated!
