Description
Customer is virtual mobile operator, which needs to manage customers, payments, invoices and helpdesk. We have developed an intranet application to control and manage main business process. Software is used also in the helpdesk so operator can easily check, according to number of the incomming call, who is the customer, his orders, payments and historical issues. System is generating and sending PDF invoices automatically to customer's emails.
