TOPIC: Possible bug: cannot change VAT id

Possible bug: cannot change VAT id 12 years ago #34437

I'm using latest 2.0.17, when I edit an order and change the VAT id dropdown and press Save, this change is not saved into the order! When the page reloads the row sill has no vat!

If matters I'm modifying an order imported from VM1
