Did you solve the below problem?

Oddly enough I only started having this problem after doing the recent update to
VM2 v2.0.20b,

attached gif shows the duplication.

It is displaying the tax of my shipping and handling twice in the invoice, below the subtotal
line (duplicating it) but it is not, thankfully, adding it to the total.

Yes I have version 2.0.24 of VM invoice.

My problem is being generated by the "Shipment Methods"
under: Shipment type - Tax

If I change this Tax option to "Apply no Rule" the "other Fee/Discount is not implemented but then
my total tax calculation is not correct but the final amount is.

Would this patch help fix my problem?
