Hello in the normal order view of virtuemart we can add comment in the order that the customer can receive by email in artio i cannot find the way to add a comment in the order is there a way?

You can notify customer about changes in VM Invoice, but there is no functionality for comments.
I will add it to our project management and we will prepare it in one of future releases.
