TOPIC: No email sent after updating order status

No email sent after updating order status 11 years, 8 months ago #37069

Hi,

I updated the order status and chose 'notify customer'

The result is an updated status but no email is send to the customer.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the backend this is the message:

Email was not sent to this order status: (X) - You can change this via the parameters.
Order status successfully changed

Info: Message sent to xxxx, Tato emailová adresa je chráněna před spamboty, abyste ji viděli, povolte JavaScript
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This says 'No not sent' and at the same moment 'yes message sent' !

Where should I 'change this via the parameters' to have the order update really sent to the customer.
Or what else should I do to have the updated status sent to the customer?

Hello,

I use VM Invoice 2.0.22 with VM 2.0.18a

I did set up mailing config and tried all three options:
Use Mailer Info from:
- Joomla Configuration
- Virtuemart Configuration
- VM Invoice configuration

With none of these options the customer is getting an email and the message is with all of three the same.

No I do not get it either.
I do get emails when people ordered a product but I do not get emails when status is changed.
