same problem here: when trying to create a custom order we get "Model order not found."

Upgrading the component didn't help.
We're using Joomla 2.5.11, VirtueMart 2.0.20b and Artio VM Invoice 2.0.25 - also the VAT ID Checker v2.0.10_1.3 by iStraxx. We would have purchased yours but it's not available for J2.5/VM2 ;-)

Thx for the VM Invoice, a great component which saves us many brain cells unlike other solutions on the market.

I checked it with same versions of Joomla/VirtueMart/VM Invoice but without VAT ID Checker and it works. I am able to create new orders via backend.
What if you disable VAT ID Checker for a moment? Will it help?

Yep, if we de-activate the VAT ID checker the error message is gone.
Unfortunately we need the checker...
