I have purchased the full version of m-turbo but when i upgrade to full version i get the following message...

"Unable to save installation file in temp directory."

Please could someone point me in the right direction?

Please, check your permissions for writing to temp directory.

where is this temp directory?

Your server admin knows that.

Check that path 'downloader/pearlib/download' exists, please. If not, create it.

I can't write on /tmp/

Is there another solution?
