If you import or update a lot of products then you should turn off automatic refresh and refresh do after import.

You can also try the version 1.2.6. There is implemented the timeout for automatic refreshing. The refresh are also run by cron, if you have it set up right.

we've got still problems with that queue. Is there any way to disable filling queue?

And we also have a another problems with dynamic block., automatic refreshing after create new products, rename categories etc..
