You can see all url of cached pages on "URL" tab in the M-Turbo administration. If you don't see requested url of product, make sure that you choosen it on "Products" tab, please. If you see it there, but it is not cache, cache it please. If you see that it is cached (in the grid is green label "cached"), but on html on frontend is not timestamp then problem is probably in the rules of the .htaccess file. In this case write us, we are ready to help you.
ad 2)
M-Turbo does not separate mobile version, now. However you can add the follows rules in your .htaccess file. These rules provides that pages for mobiles will not be cached. You should insert this before all RewriteRule directives. If you did not know how you can send us your .htaccess and we would fix it.

No. It is not possible. We are not planning this feature in next release, yet. We suggest set "products on page" to maximize number of products on first page.
