Under Upgrade appears Registration Info
Free upgrades available until: 2 February 2012


nonetheless "Joomla SEO powered by JoomSEF". appears on my website.
How can I avoid that?

I used to have the free version 3.6.2
I have deleted thiat now and do have the paid version installed.

I have repeted this process three times.

But still "Joomla SEO powered by JoomSEF". appears on my website.
How can I avoid that?

I don't know why anyone from support post back, I'm waiting too.

Try to uninstall the Artio and Remove all Rows in MySQL that start with SEF, then install again.

If it's the paid version you should install then put the registration ID on the component and on every paid extension. That should work.

Make sure all the file permissions are set correctly.

I cant get rid of "Joomla SEO powered by JoomSEF".


1. I have never used the free version cause I downloaded JoomSEF via Download-ID
2. I have put my Download-ID and JoomSEF fetch correct "Registration Info"
3. I have reinstalled JoomSEF
4. I have clicked on "Reinstall from ARTIO Server"

Anything wont help!!!

When I bought JoomSEF I typed my site url with WWW and my servername in apache is without WWW.
This could not be the problem ....or?

I have not installed any extensions but in "Extensions Management" I can see SEF Extension "Content" and it's possible to add "Extension Download ID".

Do I have to bought something more get rid of the tagline?
