yes, there is but it has not been published yet. We will do so as soon as we get to it.
You can meanwhile use the online upgrade. There the 3.2.6 version is already available.

I upgraded to joomsef 3.2.6 But from where i can upgrade the VirtueMart SEO extension to 2.0.1.

The same place as JoomSEF.
On the upgrade page, in the bottom part, there is a list of extra extensions you have installed. If there is a new version available, there is an upgrade button next to the extension name.

So if you have VirtueMart SEO extension installed, just click upgrade there.

I upgraded to the vm extension to 2.0.1, also i found new component upgrade to 3.2.7 i did it

I deleted all the sef urls and browsed my site, But the problem still exist:
the page title is [product name - site name ] instead of [product name- subcategory name - category name- menu name - site name]

Did i miss something??

You probably did not delete the already existing stored URLs for VirtueMArt products.
You need to delete them and let JoomSEF to regenerate them with new settings.
Also do not forget to clean cache after you delete them.
