It seems like there is some cache in play. Go to Tools -> Clean Cache menu in Joomla and delete everything. Does it help?

Still doesn't seem to be working properly. Deleted joomla cache, then purged sef urls and cache and still nothing. Maybe I need someone from support to look into this?

Do I have to pay for support? Or since I've already paid for the product can someone help me resolve this issue? I honestly don't know what else to do - but need VirtueMat SEF URLs.
