I purchased the Joom SEF Virtuemart extension but cannot figure out how to generate my SEF URLs. How do I do this? I don't manually have to create them do I? Everything was automatically created for me with my HWDVideo Share extension.

The URLs should be created automatically.
First install the extension using the standard Joomla installer. Then go to Manage Extensions in JoomSEF control panel, open the VirtueMart extension parameters, and on the Common tab make sure the Handling option is set to JoomSEF handler. Then go to Manage SEF URLs and make sure all there are no URLs created for the VirtueMart component, otherwise delete them. After this clear the JoomSEF's cache using the button in JoomSEF control panel.
Then all the VirtueMart URLs should be created using your new extension.

I followed your instructions. Checked my settings, deleted the few VM SEFs that existed and then cleared by cache. But still no new SEF urls. Do I have to wait a certain amount of time, or do something to trigger them being created?

In that case, make also sure that everything is Enabled in SEF Status panel on JoomSEF control panel page on the right.

I checked the only thing that is disabled is Apache_mod Rewrite. I just enabled it. Still no VirtueMart SEF URLs.

Actually I lied, it created 6 VM links (all from the same Category). I should have about 200 though.
