Can you confirm whether you are reading my emails, as I don't seem to be getting any response or reply to them despite getting a read receipt?

I am replying to the email you sent me, the credentials are working and you should be able to log in to investigate further (they have been since my earlier email a month ago).

Kindly advise what the delay is?

I got your confirmation now that the access info should work and I have tested it and confirmed that it works.
Not sure why, but it seems we did not get some of the previous emails. Or at least I am not aware of getting them. (except the one from 10th Aug).

I have handed the case to the developer again and we will inform you as soon as we have something to tell you.

Issue has been fixed in newer version of iJoomla News Portal SEF extension.

Great news - presumably those who purchased the original version are able to get the newer version, given that it wasn't working properly?
