If I cannot figure out what has gone wrong with my system since updating to 3.7 (seethis page this page for details) is it possible to downgrade Artio JoomSEF to the previous version that I was using? If so where can I get those files?
JoomSEF does not offer automatic downgrade functionality, it would need to be done manually. You should try reinstalling JoomSEF first - which you've already done according to the other post. If that wouldn't help, it would be easier to backup your URLs (using the Export function in Manage SEF URLs page), uninstall JoomSEF, install the older version again, and Import the URLs back.
