I can see only SEF URLs on the URL you posted in the screenshot. Have you managed to solve the problem?

No. I'm sorry I wasn't clear. The URLs are being generated, but the Meta Titles all come up as "Jacada - Jacada"
I did not want JoomSEF handling the page titles because the ones from the old site are already SEO ranked, however, I don't see how to customize the page title for new ones. Especially if they are not connected to a menu.

You can control the meta titles handlind in JoomSEF's Configuration on the Title and Meta Tags tab. Each JoomSEF extension can also have its own handling of the meta title - you can control that in extension parameters (accessible from Manage Extensions page in JoomSEF) on the Meta Tags tab (if it's not displayed, then the extension doesn't have own meta tags handling).

How can I edit the page title without enabling JoomSEF to auto-generate the titles? I would like to manaually change the page titles, or at least figure out how to avoid all of these "Jacada - Jacada" pages that I am getting.

Make sure that the Meta Tags management is enabled in JoomSEF's Configuration on the Title and Meta Tags tab. Then you can manually change your page titles by editing the Meta Title field of each URL using the Meta Tags Manager in JoomSEF.
