hi. i purchased and installed the Joomshopping extension today. I installed it and noticed my urls did not change. So I purged the cache and updated the urls. huge mistake.

when i have the active handler set to joomsef extension, then all my shop urls point to shop.html and nothing else, all products everything go to that url.
when i have it set to joomsef basic rewriting, then some of the urls will have the category in them with the rest of the url looking like: product/1/2.html and some products still point to shop.html.

Please help, this is a very busy site and now once again, thanks to artiosef, i have urls problems all over again.

What versions of Joomla, JoomSEF, JoomShopping component and JoomShopping JoomSEF extension do you use?
Could you post some examples of Real non-SEF URLs for the shop.html SEF URL from JoomSEF's URLs Manager?

I can't change my shops urls now to get you an example as it's a live shop, with users on it the whole time.
At the moment I have this as the shop page: www.longboardingsa.co.za/shop/category.html and artio says, this is the non-sef url index.php?option=com_jshopping&category_id=&controller=category&label_id=&manufacturer_id=&page=&price_from=&price_to=&task=&vendor_id=&Itemid=501
and this
index.php?option=com_jshopping&controller=category&Itemid=501

this is with the extension set to JoomSEF Basic Rewriting

I've just tested JoomSEF 4.2.7 with JoomShopping extension 3.0.7 and JoomShopping component 3.7.2 and it works correctly, so there is probably some problem with configuration. That means that in order to help you I'll need some information about SEF URLs and their corresponding non-SEF URLs generated by JoomSEF when extension's Handling is set to JoomSEF default handler.
If you can't do this on your live site because of your customers, you can use for example Akeeba Backup to copy your website to different domain or a subdomain for testing.
