I was able to install JoomSEF on my site, no problem. My Joomla is not installed on my root folder it is installed on root/Joomla. I went through the FAQ's, Which made me uncomment the RewriteBase and change it to RewriteBase /Joomla. I also changed the RewriteCond to have the Joomla directory in it(see my .htaccess file below) I am using a 3rd party SEF called artio_sef-linx_extension so I changed the 3rd party section.
My problem is that when it creates the url's it creates them with a directory joomla(lower case J) instead of uppercase J, Joomla. Therefore non of my links are working and I am being taken to a Page Not Found. How do I get JoomSEF to create URLS with a capital J instead of a lowercase J in the Joomla directory?
