I currently migrated a site from one server to another using Joomlapack...

After having completed the move I realized that except for the index page all others give me an internal error...

I assume this is due to joomsef having the old site name / URLs...

As I can't access the backend using www.mysite/administrator:

Please tell me how to purge the links or even better turn off Joomsef through FTP...

Hello,

JoomSEF does not store the site domain, it only stores the relative URLs starting with index.php... .
So movement to other domain should not have effect on this.

More likely, the URL rewriting (mod_rewrite) is not enabled or configured correctly on the new server. Or there is some otherconfiguration directive interfering, such as (Option FollowSymLinks). Please check with your new server admin that the configuration is okay.
