I get the following error when activate JoomSEF

VALUES ('kategorie/new-url.html', 'index.php?option=com_content&catid=65&id=232&view=article', '232')" string(178) "INSERT INTO `#__redirection` (`oldurl`, `newurl`, `Itemid`)

This appears for every item in my navigation.

Joomla Version 1.5.7
JoomSEF v3.2.1

I set the .htaccessfile, enabled SEF URLs, enabled mod_rewrite and activated JoomSEF in configuration.
