You cannot install JoomSEF 3.2.0 on Joomla 1.0.x - JoomSEF 3.2.0 is only compatible with Joomla 1.5.

I believe the compatbility is quite clearly stated on several places. Anyway, you can make a new order for 2.3.0 then - do not pay it (use e.g. bank transfer way of payment) - and send us email with your new and original order number to Tato emailová adresa je chráněna před spamboty, abyste ji viděli, povolte JavaScript .
