Hello,

I have recently tested this with VM 1.1.2 and it works fine for me at testing server.
I have a suspision this may be related to some specific configuration or shipping method as at line 118, there is code:

$shipping_total = round( $ps_checkout->_SHIPPING->get_rate ( $vars ), 5 );

this is clearly connected with shipping method -- the error message translated means that the $ps_checkout->_SHIPPING is not an object;

Could you please both state when exactly this error occurs? (inluding what shipping method you had chosen?) (also please try this with a default VM setup)

I can test it afterwards. However, if this will work, then it may be related to some local configuration of yours. Then we would have to debug this problem directly at your server, which would however require you to purchase a paid support.

Thanks.

Dear Michal,

You are right thinking that the problem comes from the Shipping module. I told it on my first post 1 month ago.

It is when I choice the UPS shipping module that the problem appears.

But I need this module and for the moment I cannot benefit the url rewriting on the virtuemart module. I paid for it and I cannot use it.

Best regards.

Hello.

I'm sorry Bruno, but your are not right, when you write that the problem comes from the Shipping module(s). The problem comes from the "joomsef virtuemart extension" that can't handle several shipping modules(I count three standard(!!!!) shipping modules till now).

And I have done no special configurations at virtuemart, it also don't work with a brand new installation!!!!!!!

Michal, you wrote you tested this with VM1.1.2 - what shipping modules do you tested??

Kind Regards

Hello,

I have tested with the default enabled set.
This is most probably the combination of how the particular code for given shipping method is written and JoomSEF.
Very often, the code is simply mess, uses all kind of global variables and such and will simply not work with SEF URLs unless hacked to do so.

However, if you could send a list of shipping methods that appear not to work with SEF URLs, it would help.

Thanks.
