Hello,

Problem is that I can't check the ticket print function, because I have neither administration permission nor ticket downloadable id of the tickets.
The reason of this error is usually wrong permission of the folder: administrator/components/com_vmeticket/assets/ean_codes.
Please check, if the server can write in this folder.
The problem could be also that you haven't allowed the downloadable products in VM administration: configuration->downloads->Enable Downloads

if it won't help, is there some other error message?
