It has something to do with the vendor, i removed the vendor link in one of the php files and problem is gone. Second problem is the pdf image, it is looking for the wrong directory for the pdf icon.
changed that for me as well, i have the programm running now.

Could you write something more about the vendor link problem? What was the problem exactly and the solution?
As you can read in the first entry of this topic, the problem with the PDF image is that firewall throws away connections to itself.
The possible solution is modification of the php file to don't use absolute but relative URL address to the image. But I'm not sure, that the TCPDF (html to PDF converter) component can use it.
