After installing Virtuemart and Artio E-ticket I've been working on iDeal as a payment option. Before that, the whole system was working but now everytime I try to download the ticket I get the same error: Error: Sorry, but the requested file wasn't found. Possible Cause: Wrong path

What can I do to stop this??!

Dear,

It's quite difficult to say, where the problem could be.
First try to check the component and VM settings. Check if the downloadable products are allowed.
If you have installed some new extensions, try to turn it off, to get known if there isn't some problem, that the component affects.
You can also check the log files to find some more error messages, that can help to find the problem.

Finally, my brother figured it out!

The fault is Artio's. In the database columns are missing in the product_type_{x} table. You could also see this in the admin-panel, because start/end date and template where never saved and had to be filled every time I editted a product type (and that was becaused the collumns where missing).


Don't know where this went wrong, but when I create a new producttype, the columns aren't created either.

Dear,

If there are missing some tables in the database, than it of course causes some errors. The missing table could be caused by some errors during the component installation.
This problem can occur e.g. when the VirtueMart isn't installed first.

An error does not pop up when I install the component. Every time I did (I tried it about 8 times) Virtuemart was installed, with sample data. Without the sample data I got an install error from the e-ticket component.

I have created the table manually in phpMyadmin, but this is not the way I expected the component to work.
