Hi.

I was wondering if the Book It component would be accompanied by any modules.
For example, I could see the need for:

- Search Module
- Show latest bookable items Module
- Show most popular rental items Module
- Show random items module (or per category ...)

Any modules of this kind already exist?

I'd like to see that as well.
I'm actually looking forward to see module for listing featured properties on home page with ability to:

- list objects as thumbnails and title
- set number of rows and columns
- set number of displayed objects
- list objects which are marked as featured
- list random objects

My main motivator for buying Artio Booking license was:
- ability to set object templates
- ability to specify seasonal objects price

But everything else is slightly disappointing:
- very difficult to template component output
- no modules other than search
- cumbersome image manager
- very slow user support

I'm actually very close to scrap Artio Booking completely and choose some other component :(

It would be very nice from you if you would consider this request as top priority.
Every booking or real estate component which I was using during last 10 years already have this module.
This module, is essential, like search module, and EVERY website with any sort of booking or listing has it.

Module should have this features:
- option to be displayed anywhere on website, outside from booking component as well
- option to show object title
- option to show object thumbnails
- option to set number of displayed properties
- option to set number of rows and columns
- option to select functionality type:
:: display random objects
:: display latest objects
:: display most popular objects
:: display featured objects (component should have option to set object as featured)

It shouldn't be such big task for you, and it would add great value to your booking component.

Also, if you improve image adding feature like I mentioned here, your component would became awesome ;)

Until module isn't available, I will continue to use Jomres, even for smaller projects.
I know that Jomres (or other components) is more expensive, but I simply must use component which fulfills my clients demands.
