I have been messing around with this software for a couple of weeks. Having a few simple issues that should be answered in the forum, but they are not, and these questions go back over a year?

I certainly am not going to pay for something that has little or no support?

Is there a money back guarantee if I am not satified with the service? and for how long?

here the same. actually i want to buy this (also bc of removing Artio Links and getting better support in general etc). i managed to fix alot by myself but one of the biggest issues left is the popup reservation dialogue on mobiles, ie iphone, windows phones and android. its to wide. i would love to have it more smaller but higher. neither i cant change the size of it (couldnt find it in php/css), neither i found a solution to disable this pop-up just for mobiles. if someone can help me out on this point i`ll buy this straight away - otherwise i will have a look to other components..

you can resize popup in components/com_booking/assets/js/calendars.js

There is code around row 371:
SqueezeBox.open("",{handler: 'iframe', size: {x: 600, y: 300 + suppements.length*20}, iframeOptions: {name: iframeName}, iframePreload: false});

Modify x and y sizes of the popup.
