I think there is a major missunderstandig:
I pointed to a missing feature AND a bug. The answer you gave is pretty much the same you can find a lot of threads:
Yes we know about it, but if you want to have it, you have to pay the support.

Thats not a way to keep the customers...

I am sorry, but we have enough requirements from our customers. We are not able to do everything at once. Upgrading components is never ending story. Your requirements were also noted.

It is also our job to inform customers that there is another way to do required features faster as customer support and I don't think it is something bad or non-moral.

You don't need to accept our offer and we will finally look on this problem. But I can't say when.
