Hi, in the future (very soon) I will have different booking objects , for example a birthday party booking, soccer stadium and something else. Would it be possible to have email notifications set up for different objects or templates?

Hello,

Thank you for your idea. I think we don't have this feature in project management, so I will add it there. But it can take longer time to implement it, because there are still many tasks to do.

If I think about it, there are some problems.
What about if somebody will book soccer stadium and birthday party as well in one order? Which template should be used?
Also global email templates allow you to set dynamic data with placeholder marks. Is it necessary to have special email templates for any different object?

Good point, we would have to set it up so only 1 booking is possible. I am just building a new website where i need different type of bookings.

You are right with the global placeholders, but what if for example for my stadium booking i have more supplements (but hold on, thats not supported yet) hmmmm... will think about a solution

Hello,

supplements are supported for mail templates (reservation and status change). There is one placeholder mark {SUPPLEMENTS} and it prints all supplements of object. So it should print nothing for first type of object (if there will be no supplement) and print all supplements for second object.

But task was already created. Maybe management will find this feature useful in some cases and we will prepare it in later releases.
