I am using joomla 2.5 and bookit 2.0.4.
I have created a template, two bookable items with their researvation settings and prices set up and created a menu item as bookable item list.
When I try it I get no response from the server.
Chrosme gives me an Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE)
Firefox tells me: The connection was reset
and Opera: Connection closed by remote server

What is going on?
I have watched the videos and read the documentation but still cannot find what is wrong!!!

This was supposed to be a very easy to set up and I already lost 3 days trying to figure out a very basic mistake!

Hello,

try to update to the newest version. If it doesn't solve problem, send credentials to Joomla administrator, FTP and PHPMyAdmin (to e-mail address: Tato emailová adresa je chráněna před spamboty, abyste ji viděli, povolte JavaScript ) and also add link to this topic.

Could it be that we are using a different testing url than the one we completed when purchasing the product? In the case could it be changed?

Hello,

product license is valid only for registered URLs (one testing and one production). If you need to change registered URL, than you can do it here:

Hello,

We haven't used it on the url we purchased (www.souites-smaragdi.gr).
The owner asked us to change the url after we purchased the component.
The final url will be www.smaragdi-thasos.gr.

I wouldn't have a problem registering for another domain if i was really using it for another domain. I am working on the same hotel and the manager decided to change the domain AFTER we purchased the component. So I find it annoying to re register for a domain that I already paid.

I have also sent you an email with the requested details but had no response yet.

The site is for a hotel in Greece and now it's high season. We are really in a hurry. The rest of the site is mostly ready and we are stuck for close to a week on this problem.

I hope you understand the urgency...!
