I just tried to do so and when I go to the check for updates page I get an error..."Error reg check fail".
I have completed the download ID I see on my order cart, in the registration form but still I get the same error.
We initially had purchased the component for the domain souites-smaragdi.gr
However, the manager of the hotel changed his mind and asked us to use the domain smaradgi-thasos.gr
I believe the problem is there.
You already sent us a link for re-registering the component for a different domain. Can we change the domain we registered the download without having to pay (since we haven't really used it for the other domain)?

I wouldn't have a problem registering for another domain if i was really using it for another domain. I am working on the same hotel and the manager decided to change the domain AFTER we purchased the component. So I find it annoying to re register for a domain that I already paid.
I have also sent you an email with the requested details but had no response yet.
The site is for a hotel in Greece and now it's high season. We are really in a hurry. The rest of the site is mostly ready and we are stuck for close to a week on this problem.
I hope you understand the urgency...!

Could it be that we are using a different testing url than the one we completed when purchasing the product? In the case could it be changed?

I am using joomla 2.5 and bookit 2.0.4.
I have created a template, two bookable items with their researvation settings and prices set up and created a menu item as bookable item list.
When I try it I get no response from the server.
Chrosme gives me an Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE)
Firefox tells me: The connection was reset
and Opera: Connection closed by remote server
I really cannot understand what is going on?
I have watched the videos and read the documentation but still cannot find what is wrong!!!
This was supposed to be a very easy to set up and I already lost 3 days trying to figure out a very basic mistake!

Hello all,
I seem to have a problem in installing the Bookit component on my site.
When I try to install it, it seems like it times out. I increased the timeout limiti to 5 minutes and still in the end I get a 404 page. I looked into the file system and the files are there. However I cannot see Bookit on the components menu on my Joomla (2.5) administration panel.
I also tried installing the component by uploading it through ftp and installing it from my host panel but still nothing.
Can you help me?
