I would add in the rooms that can accommodate an extra bed, but only if you select the amount is added to the cart otherwise it should be added, how should I set the supplements?

This should be possible with Supplements settings. Just add new supplement to you bookable item and select type List selection.
Then you can add possible settings as:

etc.

You will probably want to add different prices for every selection. Then you can select More Prices in Prices settings and write there same number of rows as Options have.

Do not forget enable Allow Empty Option. It is not necessary to rent more beds if customer do not want it.

I needed to be able to select it or not, that I solved by inserting the flag to allow empty field.
