I would like to try this one out before buying, but it doesn't work.

When installing, I get this message: Can't find the installationpack

I've tried to upload the folder to the tmp-folder on the server, but get the same message.

Anyone know what this is about ?

Hi, Booking package is big. Control size of allowed upload or post max. size. Then control if your FTP account has enough disk space.

The pack downloaded isn't bigger than approx 2Mb (zip) so I don't think that is the problem.
There are space on the FTP (own server).

Go to global Joomla config. FTP using mustn't be turn on.

I have the same problem - I have tried installing both using the component installer and also by copying the zip file to a temp directory on my server and installing from there.

I think the problem might lie with the zip file itself - I CANNOT EXTRACT IT on my computer. I have tried unblocking the zip file but no difference. If I try to extract the zip I just get an empty fo;der, although the file size shows 2.2 MB

I have tried downloading it several times and also on two different computers but to no avail.

Maybe the zip file on the artio website is corrupt ???

Has anyone else had this problem ??

FTP is off....

Also think there might be something with the zip-file.
