Hi,

I have updated to 2.0.28 and now I cant get the 'email invoice' function to work?? I click the email button in invoice control panel and it comes up saying "mail sent" and updates it to a green tick......but it never appears in the customers email - not even their spam folder???

If I go into virtuemart and update an order and check 'notify customer'....they receive those emails.

Can you advise??

Hi,

Unfortunately, we haven't encountered this problem before. The only idea I have is that there is some problem with invoice PDF generation, so please make sure that the PDF invoice for the order can be correctly downloaded from the list of orders.
You can also check your server's mailer log to see if the e-mail has made it there or not. If it has, there's probably some problem with your server configuration. If it hasn't, there's most likely some problem with VM Invoice, in which case we would need to check it on your website directly.
