TOPIC: Global Configuration doesn’t show up

Global Configuration doesn’t show up 10 years, 4 months ago #45275

Hi there,

we’ve just installed VM Invoice on the website of one of our customers. It seems to work fine in general, but the Global Configuration and the Delivery Note Configuration don’t show up if I click on the tabs in the menu bar or the buttons in the Control Panel … the browser just shows a blank page.
Do you have an idea where the Problem might be?

Hi,

What version of PHP is installed on your web server? VM Invoice requires at least PHP 5.3.

thanks for answering!

We’re running Joomla 1.5.17 with VM 1.1.9 on a server with php 5.3.2 …
The extension is working, I’ve already created several invoices without problems, it’s just the sites Global Configuration and the Delivery Note Configuration that don’t work.

Hi,

The blank page means some error in PHP has been encountered. Please check your server's errors log file or temporarily enable displaying errors to find out the error encountered and post the message please.
