Lunapages updated mysql the other night and site was not working next morning.

I contacted them they added another php.ini file which got the site running now all of my urls have the article id in it and now we have broken links everywhere. Is there a fix for this or any suggestions? Even has our mobile app down.

The article ID showing in the url 2499-

Alias is filled out as always and does not show the article ID in it. Lunar Pages now says it is not there problem.

My question is will this product help me return to my original urls?

Yes, JoomSEF can generate SEF URLs without article IDs. The default SEF URLs structure for articles is:
domain.com/menu-item/category/subcategory/article
but there are options to remove the menu item part or configure the categories part.
