Hello,

You probably have many URLs in your database. You can either increase the maximum execution time for PHP or use the Purge URLs function - in 3.7.4 it will only move the URLs to Trash, so next time the URL is encountered, it will be updated and the meta tags and other settings with the URL (like Internal links and Sitemap options) will be preserved.

Ok, I upgraded from 3.7.4 to 3.7.5, I then purged the url's successfully but when I went to try to update I still got the same error message. How I can increase the maximum execution time?

If you purge the URLs, there is no need to use the Update function - URLs will be updated automatically when encountered on the website.
Anyway, you can increase the maximum execution time either directly in the php.ini configuration file, or if you don't have access to it, you can use the .htaccess file - just add the following line to the beginning:
php_value max_execution_time 60
