There is probably a bug in this function in JoomSEF. We'll try to fix it in next version.

Hmmm.. when I made this change.. the login stopped working... I just get redirected to / and i´m not logged in.. :(

With "Fix index.php links" option disabled? Are you sure that this caused the problem? Because it's enabling of this option which I would expect to cause problems.
Anyway, it seems that your homepage does not work at all: charterbarometern.admax.se/ so maybe there is some problem with your .htaccess file or something?

It just that I have an index.html in the root :P
