ofc but that enables category for the whole page (the category shouldnt show up anywhere in the link, thats why I wanted to use title or alias) and its still the same link for both, just with the category-name instead of /news.

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what you're trying to achieve. So you DON'T want the category present in the URL?
If you want the menu structure in the URL (just like the default Joomla SEF does), I'm sorry, this is not possible with the current version of Content extension for JoomSEF. We plan to implement the option for this in some of the next versions.
