From your examples it seems that there are multiple different Item IDs for one article, which means that you have more than one menu item pointing to the same page. You should either enable the "Ignore multiple sources" option, or if you need different modules to be displayed for each of the menu items, try enabling both the "Remove source info" and "Reappend source info" options. You can find all options in JoomSEF's configuration on the Advanced tab.

As stated in my first post, the only way my menus actually load the correct page is to set each of these options to No. ("The only way the top level menu items route to the correct pages is by having Exclude Source Info, Reappend Source Info, and Ignore Multiple Sources all set to No.")
I have tested all combinations of these options and the menu doesn't work unless these are set to No. With that said, I am no longer getting -2 -3 etc. as I've used redirects and aliases to point the duplicates to the same SEF url. I am still experiencing the same SEF url being created multiple times (10+ for some pages) and have been deleting them every day. Please help me resolve why this is happening.
