TOPIC: Warning: fopen(

Warning: fopen( 16 years, 5 months ago #4368

Hi,

My JoomSEF-Version JoomSEF v3.1.0 (Commercial)
I see this error when I try to access some sef urls:


Warning: fopen(/home/user/public_html/joomla/components/com_sef/cache/cache.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/user/public_html/joomla/components/com_sef/sef.cache.php on line 154
 
Error: headers already sent in sef.cache.php on line 154.
Stopped at line 567 in joomsef.php


What does it mean??

Additional Info:

PHP version: 5.2.6
* Web Server software: Apache 2.9 (WHM/CPanel)
* Server Operating system: Centos 5
* MySQL version: 5.0.51a-community
* Joomla version: 1.5.3

Hello,

Please, make sure that both the /components/com_sef/cache directory and /components/com_sef/cache/cache.php file are writeable for Joomla. The error means that JoomSEF cannot create or replace the cache file.
