Hi, i am new to joomsef, our developer has installed joomsef on our e-commerce site. I have updated meta-tags and meta-descriptions on product pages we want to optimize under manage sef-urls, however they dont show on the front end.

What is the process to make these show on the frontend of our site? Is it to purge all urls?

Im really not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

oh, and it is the paid version if that makes any difference, i just dont have login, our developer installed it, now doesnt offer support so im left trying to work it out...

I too have this problem.
I have even tried putting meta description and meta kw in the "Manage SEF URLs" but no change.
Am I supposed to do anything else after this?

Hello,

In JoomSEF's configuration on the Title and Meta Tags tab make sure that "Enable MetaData generation", "Rewrite keywords" and "Rewrite description" options are all enabled. Also clear the JoomSEF's cache after making any changes in URLs Manager - hit the Clear Cache button on JoomSEF's Control panel.

I'm using version 3.5.3, perhaps thats why I cant find anything to do with meta tags in JoomSEF's configuration?
Do you think I should update to the newest version?

In that case, configuration related to meta tags is located in System - ARTIO JoomSEF plugin parameters - you can access it by using Plugin Manager in Joomla.
