Hello, any idea what this means & how I can fix this?? My site is down as a result ...

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/(mysitedirectory)/public_html/cache/joomsef.cache on line 1883

Hello,

It seems that your JoomSEF's cache file became corrupted. Clear the JoomSEF's cache and it should be ok.
