TOPIC: Redirect to the front page - not solved yet

Redirect to the front page - not solved yet 17 years, 4 months ago #2566

Hi!

Every link returns to the front page. I tried it with the tips at www.artio.cz/en/support-forums/joomla-ex...eturn-home-page/view but putting a \"/\" instead of \".html\" makes all links appearing as 404's on my site.

Manually changing links doesn't help either.

Does anybody know how to solve my problem?

Hi,

this is strange behaviour. I'll need some more information.
What versions of Joomla and JoomSEF do you use? Which web server (Apache/IIS)? Do you have some custom rules in htaccess file? What other components are installed? Does standard Joomla's SEO without JoomSEF work?

Hi David,

The Jooma version I use is 1.0.12.

I used both JoomSEF 1.5.1 and 1.4.2 with the same result.

I use an Apache Server.

As far as I can see I configured the .htaccess file as it should be, no adds: http://podolak.net/dokumente/htaccess.txt.

The site is www.podolak.net.

Following components are installed:
AkoComment
Banners
DOCMan
Joom!Fish
Joom!Fish CE Installer
Joomap
JoomlaPack
joomlaXplorer
JPortfolio
MJ Frontpage
Polls
RSGallery2
Syndicate
Web Links

Standard Joomla's SEO without JoomSEF works.

Post edited by: pod.o.mart, at: 2007/07/18 16:33

Hm, htaccess seems all right and if the standard SEO works, my guess is that one of the other components is causing this, but I'm not sure how exactly could that happen.
Sorry I didn't help you. You can buy our Support time to let us focus on your particular problem.
