The latest Joomfish went on general release tonight.
I installed this on a J1.5.6 site which was running well with Joomsef.
Apache 2 server
php 5.2.5
Joomart template - Teline II

The result of putting Joomfish on the site was virtually all the images fail to render.
Images appear when the url is in the pre-Joomfish state but when there is es/fr/eng is in the url the images fail to render.

I took Joomfish off the site and everything works fine with core SEF and Apache mod rewrite switched on.
I took Joomsef off the site with Joomfish on - everything works fine.

Am I missing something - I liked the way Joomsef did things but I also want the language functions of Joomfish.

The site does not function normally with core SEF activated.
Well it is intermittent- images render sometimes with core SEF activated.

There is probably a bug in Joomla showing wrong base href - see forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=428&t=268149 and try the solution proposed.
However, JoomSEF does not use base href at the moment, so the fix will probably work only for core SEO, but this will be fixed in next version.

I have been having an associated problem.

I am working on migrating an existing Joomla 1.0 site to 1.5 and am using:

Joomla 1.5.6 with Breezing Forms 1.5.1, ARTIO JoomSEF 3.2.0, and Joomfish 2.0RC


When the SEF is switched on, I get either the custom 404 error, or the system 404 error.

So far I have not noticed any problems with the images though. So I suspect it might be another issue.

If I have Joomfish 2.0beta installed, it works fine. The people at Joomfish took a look at it (there was another problem with BreezingForms which they sorted out) say that the problem is with JoomSEF.

By the way, many thanks for the great component. I will update to the paid version, once I have the site working on its final URL.

Hello im using ARTIO JoomSEF 3.2.0 and Joomfish 2.0RC Joomla 1.5.7

when i select Language integration "include in path" i get on all sites error 404. But the links in Jomsef URL manager looks good.

"add as suffix" and "do not add" works

but i need include in path.

what is the problem ?
