TOPIC: How to allow index2.php links

How to allow index2.php links 16 years, 4 months ago #4718

Hallo,

please help me how to configure JoomSEF to use links including index2.php. I need them for some AJAX modules.
Now JoomSEF only redirect index2.php link to 404 page.

Is it possible to use direct index2.php links?

Thanks.
T.

Hello,

JoomSEF should not have any impact on index2.php links functionality. Try disabling JoomSEF to see if the problem remains. There is a problem with index2.php links in core Joomla's SEO, we need to investigate this more deeply.

I'm also experiencing this problem. My AJAX functions doesn't work if i enable JoomSEF 3.2; disabling JoomSEF all works fine. It happens with all links that are using index2.php

There is any solution??

Hello,
I'm having the same problem, when rewrite off, my index2.php links work, but with rewrite on, I get an error 500 (using joomsef 3.2.11)...
Anyone got this fixed ?
Hoping for answers,
Best regards
