I have instaled the JoomSEF 3.0.2 (buyed), all confuiguration are ok ( i Hope) and if i aktivate i get this error and many other on all content.

This problem is usually caused by the wrong jos_redirection table structure in the database. Please, uninstall JoomSEF, manually delete the jos_redirection table from your database, and install JoomSEF again.

i delete the jos_redirection but now i get in the /index.php this error and only page404

Have you also reinstalled JoomSEF, so the jos_redirection table could be created with the correct structure?

i have deintstalled JoomSEF, deletet the table and reistalled the com_JoomSef,after the installation i have fixed the .htaccess

It's strange that now this error is only caused in JoomFish's language selection. Please, go to the View/Edit SEF URLs in JoomSEF and check that there are some redirections created.
The 404 page displayed after clicking on any link is probably related to this.
