JoofSEF 3.1.2 installed fine on my Joomla 1.5.0 website, but now site is completely unaccessible!!! I get Server error!

"Were you able to get the standard Joomla's SEO working with .htaccess file prior to installing JoomSEF? Try deleting the .htaccess file and use the Joomla's default one (rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess)."

Yes, Joomla's built-in SEF was working fine. I tried renaming the .htacess files and using the old ones. Still broken.

If there is a working .htaccess file prior to JoomSEF's installation, it doesn't modify it in any way. If the default .htaccess file also does not work, try deleting the .htaccess file completely to get in the administration area. Then you can try uninstalling JoomSEF and possibly installing it again.
