Still showing Artio link but bought full version 12 years, 4 months ago #32131

Hi guys,

Please help. I've bought JoomSEF4 and the VirtueMart extension. Although we have the paid version and the URL is entered correctly in our account, it still shows the 'Joomla SEF URLs by Artio'-link at the bottom of the page, see for instance www.heatedgloves.co.uk/s2-heated-skiing-gloves

How can we fix this?

Hi,
First make sure to set your JoomSEF download ID in Configuration on the Registration tab. Then open the Upgrade page and there the "Online Migrate to Paid version" button should be displayed, so click it.
